What are your operating hours?

We’re open 9 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week.

What’s the mileage limit, and is there a charge for exceeded miles?

Rentals include 300 miles per day, with a $0.40 charge per extra mile. Unlimited mileage is available for $40/day.

Do you provide delivery and pickup options?

Yes, pickups at our location are free. Delivery to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is $50, and within 10 miles of 85295 is $80.

What’s required for insurance?

Verifiable insurance is required. Full coverage is available at current daily rates if needed.

Do you charge for additional drivers?

No, there’s no extra charge for additional drivers, but all drivers must be on the rental agreement.

Do you offer additional services or equipment?

Yes, options include prepaid refuel ($50), pet fee ($15/day), unlimited mileage ($40/day), and a child safety seat upon request.

Are there fees for drivers under 25?

Yes, there’s a $20 daily fee for drivers under 25.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, a $250 security deposit is required.

How do fuel charges work if I don’t refill the tank?

If the vehicle isn’t refueled, we’ll calculate the charge based on fuel levels plus a $20 convenience fee.

What is Axle, and is my login information safe?

To help expedite your time at the counter, we've partnered with Axle for you to quickly and securely share your insurance information by signing into your insurance account or by uploading proof of insurance. Axle is committed to your online data privacy, and you'll be able to see what information is being shared throughout the process.

Tolls, Driving Tickets, Towed Vehicles, Parking Tickets and Red Light Camera Tickets:

Tolls: Tolls are charged as a $15/day flat fee and are collected from the security deposit at the end of the rental period.

Driving tickets: Each driver is responsible for their own driving citation’s and driving tickets.

Parking tickets and red light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets during the rental period.

Towed vehicle: Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client.

The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid, and the vehicle is released.

Can I return my car a day or more early?

We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we are not allowed to rent the vehicle during the days of your rental period. If you cancel early you will be given a credit for future rentals in the amount of days left during your rental period.

Can I get a car for just 1 day rental on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday?

We have a 2 day minimum on weekends, and yes in the rental industry Friday is considered a weekend because the demand is considerably higher. However, we can offer a non guaranteed 1 day rental on weekends depending on availability.

At what times can you guys deliver / pick up my rental?

We are a 7-day a week service, which makes it easy for us to accommodate you on your ever-changing schedule and those last minute trips. We can deliver or pick up your rental within 10 miles during the hours of 9am (MST) – 5pm (MST), for surcharge of $80. For deliveries or pick-ups outside our normal operating hours we assess a surcharge of $150 within 10 miles.

How long does it take to get my car delivered?

We advise our clients to allow us a 1 and a 1/2 hour window to make deliveries.
